The bank makes for a beautiful setting for the jewelry. It's worth just stopping in to yaks a peak at the vaults. Eddie and Barb are very gracious host with a wealth of experience and knowledge. They are not pushy salespeople. You will get an honest opinion about options for repairing or purchasing. After removing my engagement and wedding rings and thinking over my options, I repaired the wedding band and purchased a new setting for the diamond.

I was very disappointed in Hess. They did not seem to understand the unique concerns we had, namely fairly traded metal and stones. Their approach to customer service left much to be desired. Although we love supporting local businesses, best to go to someone outside of Lexington.
