It's a collection agency with lawyers. That should sufficiently explain just about any questions you have about it.

I called regarding payment of a past due bill, they wouldn't even let me make a payment plan or listen to me. These people are mean and obviously have no heart, patience or listening skills. That's what happens when you hire felons to collect $$$$$$$

I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with 3 different law offices this year in regards to medical bills. Out of the 3 Heuer has been the most accommodating and understanding. They have been willing to work with me every step of the way and have done it with compassion.

No stars is not an option or I'd give them 0. They are rude, mean and honestly screwed me over. They refuse to send monthly statements, account information or even annual statements to tell me what is owed. I missed 1 payment due to a lack of communication on their part and they had my liscense suspended and sr22 extended 3 years!! Over $50.
