My puppy got car sick & puked all over my console and it got everywhere. I called Hi Tech & spoke with Bobby, who was nothing but understanding & polite. I explained my situation & asked if they could just detail the part of my car that was nasty. He said yes ma'am & just to come on down & they would give me a price after taking a look at. Ended up charging me $25 which is way more than reasonable. They made sure I approved of it before I drove off & they did a remarkable job. Couldn't even tell what had happened. Will definitely be coming back for future work!

Everyone was super nice. They drove my vehicle through the wash for me because it makes me anxious. They explained all their services. Just really nice place. I plan to go back soon.

I'm too short to wash my own truck and they do it so well and they hand wax it as well all for a very reasonable price.  The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is they can be crazy crowded sometimes so it can take a while.  But the service/work is ALWAYS good.  As a customer I would recommend going earlier in the day rather than later bc these people work hard and to be realistic how many people are able to go strong all day long and still have 100% to give to attention to detail????

On 9/12/2017 I took my Ford SUV to this Hi-Tech car wash in Pensacola Florida.  What a mistake! It took a long time to even go through the car wash part.  My car was mostly dry before the young man dried it the rest of the way.  After this young man motioned for me to claim my car, I did a walk-around my car.  The front part of my car still had dead bugs all over it.  The young man apologized and did scrubbed them off.  Then, I pointed out that my car had dried water spots all over it and the outside of the windows had a lot of lint & dirt on it.  The young man said it was from his towels.  Soooo...why didn't he use clean towels.  I asked him if the inside of my windows were cleaned, he said, "yes".  On my drive home, I noticed that my inside front window had streaks all over it.  He did a poor job wiping it.  I've taken my SUV to be cleaned by several places and they did a great job.  But, Hi-Tech car wash did a poor job.

They do good work and great job cleaning your car but will totally kill you with upcharges
