Story

Hi-Way Lanes Bowling Center is a locally-owned bowling center serving clients in the Franklin area. Our mission is to provide families in the local community with affordable entertainment. Our most popular events are birthdays and our Cosmic Bowling events, which are held on Friday and Saturday evenings. We also have adult, junior, and senior leagues available. If you’re looking for a place to hold your annual fundraiser, or you’re looking for a large facility to host your bowling event, contact us today!

Great time bowling with friends and little ones!  We had a very good experience here on a busy Friday night.  The staff was very friendly and helpful with working out the best deal for our family and friends to save money with the coupons I brought.  Service all around was quick, friendly, and helpful.  The place was very clean and the equipment newly updated.  Bowling has come a long way since the paper and pencil score card days, haha.  It was still easy to add players, you can now add bumpers for specific players and they go up and down automatically, you can select the type of game you want to play, the type of characters on screen as well as easily correct scoring/bowling mistakes.  Overall, we had a great time and we will return to play again.  There were just 2 reasons I didn't give 5 stars.  First, the music was too loud for us, especially our little ones.   However, I would assume this was due to it being Friday night and we will definitely try a different time of day when returning with the kids.  Second, it was also a bit pricey for our family; it would have been over $40 for our family of 4 without a coupon.  Unfortunately, that's not something we can afford very often.  We'll keep a lookout for coupons and deals and definitely come back since we did have such a great time.  It was a fun family activity and we made some good memories.

Great offers for children and families to bowl and have fun together throughout the winter season as well as summer. It helps keep the kids busy in the summer within a air conditioned atmosphere. My kids have a lot of fun and the customer service is very friendly and helpful

Very clean.  Very nice bowling alley.  Nice pro shop.  Food is excellent especially when compared to royal pin centers.  Not a corporation just a small town bowling alley.  Only complaint is the jukebox is ridiculously loud sometimes and seems to only play nor family friendly horrible rap music or God awful country.  If they'd just turn it down to where your ears didn't bleed it would be much better.  Makes for a big distraction during league play  but all in all a good place.

We had a work party at this bowling alley on a Sunday after work. We had approximately 15 people and had a terrible experience. They shut off one of our lanes halfway through our second game claiming we had too many people playing on one lane (there were 7 people). We had already played a full game and were halfway through the game when they shut it off without warning. They refused to restart the game for us even though we had made reservations and they were previously aware of how many people we had bowling. They also yelled at us over the overcom about having drinks in the sitting area, but they had no signs posted about where drinks were allowed. We were not obnoxious or overly loud and they treated us as we were the loudest and rudest customers they had seen. Eden was the worker, and she glared at us the entire time we were bowling. I will never use this alley again and I'm very disappointed with how we were treated. Do not go here unless you want to have a bad experience.

So nice fairly newly renovated bowling alley. It's pretty loud and the food wasn't great. We used a Groupon but if we hadn't I've got to say that this place is extremely expensive because it cost my friend almost $40 for two people to bowl 3 games. The place is nice so I can't say anything but positive things about the lanes and the people but just make sure that you get a deal before you go otherwise you may want to go somewhere else because of the price
