Mon-Fri lunch $11.59. Mon-Thu dinner $15.99. Fri dinner & weekend $16.99. Considering wit the huge amount of food options they offer, this is a great deal, no wonder why there were so many people there. They even offer the made to order pick you own ingredients hibachi, no extra charge. They have seafood, have steak, can't ask for anything more for this price! Will 10/10 recommend and revisit!
I would love to give this place 5 stars but I can't. I will say we really enjoy the food except the one time they put out luke warm microwaved crab legs. I literally got them right after the guy put them out and they were warm and stale. But he did come back and put out fresh 20 minutes later. Here is my reasons for the 3 stars. When you drive up the parking lot and front is dirty and unkempt. We have ran into the same guy for the last 3 or 4 years who begs out front. Now he has a bicycle just to give you a heads up so begging is paying off for him. There is trash on the floor... honestly I would pay him or one of the others a few dollars to pick up trash or offer a free meal. The other thing is they offer "no utensils" to eat crab with. They don't always have gloves and they don't have hand sanitizer or many gloves where needed by the plates. They protect themselves the staff all have gloves but touching the same utensils as everyone that comes in is just nasty. They don't enforce people helping their kids. I watched a kid holding different desserts to his nose sniffing them and putting back what he didn't want. Just straight up gross. Also unfortunately the reviews are true. The wait staff does hover over you waiting on their tip. We go there often always tipping 20 to 25% but the last time I made it clear to only tip 15%. Because they have made us all uncomfortable even though we are always polite and tip good. We used to leave the tip at the table but when we go up front, the cashiers ask about the tip. We have to tell them several times we tipped in cash. It's just rude I used to wait tables and always have cash out of courtesy. But because of their attitude we will no longer tip cash or more than 15%. It's a shame to see the service go down hill because we do enjoy the food. But if this continues we will find another place. Please don't give the guy money that begs out front and if you go after 7 pm, you will see the junkies coming out looking for their fix. It's pretty sad but obviously someone close by is dealing and it's definitely becoming a problem around the restaurant and the hotels.
I haven’t been a huge fan of buffet style foods, however I was in the area and wanted to try this place out, considering I pass it multiple times a week. I was impressed, the buffet was clean, food was warm-hot, glass was clean over food and I didn’t see a child grabbing food with their hands lol. Im giving this a 4 because there wasn’t a sushi bar as I was told. A sushi bar would have made it a 10.
This place is very busy, and that's for a reason. The staff is present and will refill your drink faster than some other places. The food selection is well varied. They offer salmon fillets, which counts as a heart-healthy option. Check them out.Food: 5/5
The food here was so bad almost everything was inedible and I’m NOT very picky. After trying a bite of all the classics like Sesame chicken, egg rolls, rice etc. there was maybe only 2 things on the entire buffet I could say I liked. The more food I left unfinished on my plate trying to find something I could eat the waitress got more short with us & snatched the plates away. The waitresses and kitchen staff were fighting and yelling at each other to where the entire restaurant could hear. The best things about this place was the pre-packaged fortune cookies… save your money and go somewhere else
Food was horrible. Everything was dry . Whole Crab were not properly cleaned , most of the food items smelled spoiled. Will not be back. Unless you like having a stomach ache & throwing up 15 minutes after you eat , I’d suggest you not waste your money . Not to mention the waitress was rude because she didn’t receive a larger tip. My wife & I were in & out of the place in 20 minutes , took 10 to fix our plate because we were too scared to eat anything old & spoiled . No public restroom .
I come here sometimes and not once was I ever hunted down to tip. Before I could even write on the receipt and before the ink could even dry, they asked for a tip. I had to speak with the manager about that because that was very unprofessional and not only that, you don’t know if I had cash or if I was going to write the tip on the receipt or better yet, you don’t know if I left the tip at the table. Just for asking about it in the manner that the waiter who wasn't my waiter did, I won't be leaving a tip. I WILL NOT be going back.

First the waiter didn’t give me drink refill, then she took my husband and son plate before they were finish. At the end I ask for a to go cup and the check to another server, she brought them and follow us to the register. After that I wasn’t going to give tip because of what happen but when she saw we didn’t gave tip she got mad and started to curse me on her language. I told her that because she gave me the refill I give her tip but not to our waiter. I gave her 8 dollars and not even a sorry was given. The person in the cash register apologized but not because you think I don’t speak the language you can curse me.
Management is racist. I paid at table because I was rerouted by my server for convenience however upon exiting I was stopped and questioned if I had paid. This was done to other patrons and was very disrespectful. I am disappointed at this as I have been coming to this restaurant for over 4 years and never have a problem with paying it generously tipping. I suggest that spend your money elsewhere as the food quality’s also is not the same even seeing pizza trays stacked on top of each other and several dirty plates
