I love the store but they don't have air Jordan's or yeezys😊!

Their coupons and customer service are a joke. They always seem to find some way to weezle their way out of honoring the coupons that they mail to your house. Today the excuse was, that since they didn't have the right size item in the store, they would have to order it and so our total would result in 2 different transactions and therefore the coupon couldn't be honored. Since this is about the 5th time this has happened, today I asked if there was some sort of work around or to talk to a manager and they said no. 
You would think that repeat costumers could get a coupon honored since we spend a fortune In  there store, but nope, not the case.
And don't ask to use their bathroom either, even if you spend a couple hundred dollars there!  Even if you have several pair of back to schools shoes picked out to purchase....you have to leave this store and go to another business in the strip mall for use of a restroom and then return. 
Nope, they aren't interested in providing good customer service.

Very nice clothing but not a huge variety of shoes but still a very nice store😄
