I took my son to find some sneakers on yesterday. He sat for 10-15 minutes before he was helped. The store had a few people in the store with 3 associates. One of the associates did not want my son to try on shoes. He questioned him several times, asking was he going to buy the shoes. This is unacceptable! He should be able and given the option to try on the shoes before purchasing them. I will not be going. This is my 3rd time going into this store and the customer service is terrible.
