This was our first visit to Hibiki Japanese Cuisine. We got there right when they had opened for dinner service and the restaurant was already quite busy. 

We had individuals in our party with food allergies. We spoke with the server who was very knowledgeable of all food items and made great recommendations.

The food was unbelievably fresh and tasty. From the salmon to the veggie sushi to the hot appetizers, all of it was wonderful. 

We appreciated that the servers did check in to see how the food was prepared for our party member who had the food allergies. 

Overall, great, wonderful Japanese food and great service.

Stumbled on this place, but service and sashimi were better than expected. It's current star rating at 3.9 does not accurately reflect it.  I would definitely go back. Prices are on point with the quality and service.

Ordered the Uni Salmon Ikura Don and it was very good. The fish is fresh and the rice has right amount of flavour. The price is on the high side but definitely worth it if you like higher quality Japanese cuisine!

They have great food and beautiful presentation, and they used to have great service as well.  But recently I have found their service was not as good as before. Slow to respond on a free day or ignoring us etc. Overall ok

Overall very good service. Quick, and attentive, and kindly explained the menu when asked. 
Food was pretty good although I felt like my pork was too dry. Will be coming back
