Good complex with helpful staff. I lived in a one bedroom unit. My only complaints really were that the air conditioner above the kitchen sometimes dripped condensation when it was humid, and the parking spots are pretty narrow. But, maintenance is pretty responsive and quick to deal with to requests. In the Lexington Park area you can't do much better than this, especially for the price

I find them very disrespectful especially the owner he doesn't give them the time of day. he could speak or wave I find they make promises to tenants that they won't keep. They have no customer service skills. If I treated my customers like they treat theirs I would have been fired. I still give them only one star we had mold and  under our vinyl floor and I am the one who call two companies and we had extremely high moisture levels. I was getting dizzy spells and my husband has had some issue as well. I want to see them have to fix the issue. They need to be fined. I would not suggest anyone to rent from the.

Only rating one star because that is as low as you can select. During my initial lease signing, I alerted my agent that I would need to pay my rent in the middle of the month instead of the beginning (commissioned employee who receives commission checks on the second friday of a month). They alerted me this would be no issue. Since then, I have received multiple nasty letters about my rent. When I confronted them about the already-known situation, they denied any knowledge. Since then I have had 3 late fees and a court filing for failure to pay rent. My rent has never been "later" than the 14th. To not make such a small accommodation for a renter is ridiculous. The washer/dryer (and all appliances) are ancient. All of the floors creek, and the doors/walls are over-painted so they stick whenever you close them or try to open them.. Parking spots are miniature. They run a conservation event between the months of JUNE to AUGUST, where they TURN OFF your AC units. I can't even make that up. They include a MANDATORY "Tech Package" which is basic tv/internet. If you want to upgrade, you have to open a new account, still pay for the tech package, and pay for your new service as well. Overall, if you need a place to live and don't mind living in a slum, it's acceptable at best.
