Tonight ... Horrible customer service. 3 people waiting on one person and left standing unacknowledged until they were done fussing over the one customer. 1 person should be able to handle 1 customer and the other take the next customer for just a simple refill on a drink. ___________________________________________ 6-29-17 - Watch out .. it rains in the theaters. My Daughter and I were there during a the rain storm ... literally pouring into the seats. They were literally coming in and talking over our movie. Throwing up plastic and walking around in front of us without even apologizing. 2/25/18 - Sunday - Black Panther with daughter. Reserved Seats online ..not clean .. Trash every where .

There are times we come to this theatre & it's filthy & other times it's not. I give it a 3 star because it's very affordable for tickets but the concession stand is still a bit pricey & the cleanliness of the theatre is not great. Last time I went to Hickory Ridge Theatre there was a couple seat hopping. We arrived for our assigned seats & they were sitting there. They collected their things & moved 1 row behind us. Those people came for their assigned seats & they collected their things & moved again. Staff was notified but tickets were still not checked to make sure they bought tickets. Their should be a ticket taker person prior to entering the actual theatre like they used to have. More security & staff is definitely needed.

A little less ex occurrence than Strongsville. Nice later comfortable recliners but if you want the full reclining chairs, you'll need to be in the back of the theatre. I wouldn't suggest using the bathrooms - they were nasty

Dated but has luxury loungers which is a huge positive. Reserved seating... don't be afraid to select a seat closer to the front (the 2nd or 3rd row) because the screens are smaller. Great price, great seats.

They have recliners! Love it. Nice, small theater that has low prices, polite staff and did I mention they had recliners???
