Lived in park for going on 4 months. Very laid back park. If there's any issue's management is notified and action is taken promptly. It's a no non sense park! 5 stars!

Its ok place to live, it is cheap but you must watch you live by incase they are loud. Good place to save money for a house or something along those lines.

Perfect place to live if you shoot up heroin UPDATE-- it is very well known that Andrew warned a known dealer to leave before ever contacting police.

Personally i love this place, i am so happy to live here !!! Everyone is welcome here, also your pets !!!! Safe and friendly place to live. And especially good management team will help you at much as they can honestly!

Some things have improved with new owner but overall the park has gone downhill. The management team has become rude. Doesn't care about people who bought trlrs under old owner. No supervision of children. Lack of police patrolling.
