Worst place to possibly rent from in watauga. Irresponsible, unprepared, unorganized. Never take care of maintenance issues.  Will rent out your property from underneath you and not think twice. They truly don't care for you as a person just a pay check. Keep looking other companies.

Do not rent from them!!!
It was by far the worsts experience of my life renting from them. Countless things went wrong with our apartment that took weeks to fix, such as the ceiling falling in, to the guy who died and was left in his fly ridden apartment under us for two weeks. Despite all the terrible things that happened while living at this property they also kept our security deposit for “carpet damage” after jojo promised me when we signed the lease that the carpet was old and we wouldn’t be charged for it on move out. This company is full of liars and lazy people. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I've rented with a total of three rental companies, and Hidden Creek has been the best yet. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, maintenance is generally prompt, and I'm extremely satisfied with my property. I'm glad I found this company and decided to rent through them!

Completely unprofessional, morally and ethically some of the worst human beings that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only are they thieves, they refuse to extend any type of courtesy to customers, and just as people they have no sense of decency about them. Do no do business with them.

While Hidden Creek management might be a good choice for property management, it's subpar at best if you're a tenant. My dad and I lived in a lovely property in Blowing Rock for 2 years, and we were treated like college students. Our maintenance requests were never met. In fact, our retaining wall had completely fallen to pieces after a flood and nothing was done about it until after we moved out--no matter how many times we called. They're lucky it didn't damage one of our cars!

When we were first touring the property, the real estate agent told us that the roads were consistently plowed throughout the winter. That was definitely not the case.

I've tried to contact them multiple times since I moved out to try to locate a piece of mail that I know was sent there. Even when I talk to someone at the office, they never call me back. I figured that package was lost to me months ago.

I didn't truly realize how poorly Hidden Creek Management treated its tenants until I moved into an apartment in Charlotte. My maintenance requests are always completed within 24 hours, and I know my property manger on a first-name basis. 

I know Boone is a horrible market for renters. My experience with Hidden Creek is much like other rental companies in the area: Regrettable.
