Just bought our 2005 SeaRay Sundancer from this dealership and they did an amazing job.  We learned first hand that customer satisfaction ranks higher than making money at Hideaway.  Way above and beyond-- taking initiative to do more than expected or even asked just to make sure we drove away with a boat that met their high standards.  We'll most definitely be back.

I recently purchased my first boat from a salesmen named Mike at hideaway. The very first second I walked into this place the service was great, mike was able to answer every single question I had about the boat I wanted. The purchase process was easy and my boat was ready in 2 days for me to pick up and go. Once I got the boat in there was a small issue. They had there best mechanic on the boat for 2 days and fixed everything to make it perfect. 

Highley recommended place if your looking to spend any money on a boat. They made sure I was completely water ready and good to go!

We Bought a rinker from here and what seemed like a amazing purchase was actually one of the worst experiences and biggest mistakes we have ever made. Do not deal with these crooks. They act really nice and honest at first but after they get your money, forget about any of that! Worst customer service also (after your purchase).

Worst dealer w/ zero integrity!   Soon as you sign on the bottom line they will deny any and all agreements.  For spending over $150k all I got was a electrical issue caused by Hideaway that destroyed RayMarine Radar as well as Intellipower.   I will buy another Rinker and NO I WILL NEVER BUY FROM DISHONEST boat dealer like Hideaway Boat Sales.

UPDATED 9/30/14

picked up the boat with a little tear in the seat, the sales person told us that it would be fixed under warranty, still waiting 5 months later

Bought a boat at the Cobo show  this winter.
liked the salesman and owner who came over to close the deal

just booked delivery to our slip, we rented on an Oakland county lake.
May 14, after lunch, Set it up with Howie. 

Hope the Michigan weather turns warm again before then

a little phone tag but not worried while the weather is cold.

would recommend to others so far
