Had an order of shrimp and an order of clams last night. The clams were a big disappointment....very tough, rubbery
But the shrimp, my gosh—I had forgotten just how good the shrimp is.  Probably the best in Orland Park.

the chicken is excellent . the building could use major updating. Its outdated really bad and the inside is no frills at all. They are very busy which leads me to believe they could afford to put some money into the decor of the place and make it more eye catching. Parking is a nightmare also.

I wanted to share my latest experience using this company. I chose to cater my daughter’s birthday party from Hienie’s and it was a mistake. We placed the almost $300 order on Monday, April 2nd for delivery on Saturday April 7th. On Friday we called and CONFIRMED our order with your Orland Park location. Upon delivery we only received one side instead of the two we paid for and ordered  (missing potatoes wedges). I was not happy. This is something that needs to be double checked especially for a large party. We called the next day on Sunday to speak with a manager. The manager said she would compensate us the cost of the potatoe wedges and nothing more. I was shocked they were not going to give any compensation for the error! Shortly after Bob called and said he would give me $10 for the incorrect order. He never even apologized for messing up our order which we even called to confirm! What a joke. Your company only delivered 3/4 of our $300 order and $10 is all you can come up with? What terrible customer service. This is the last time we will be using your catering service. Hopefully you will be more careful and DOUBLE CHECK your catering orders before delivery so another family is not shorted food for a large party.

It was the best fried chicken I have eaten in along time. You have to try it. It's just as good as White Fence Farm.
