I'm shocked and disgusted. After being patients for 23 years (my entire family of 4) the front office has "discharged" my mother. Obviously we asked why. They have NO idea. Is it because she's disabled and they are discriminating against the elderly? That's for you to decide. When we asked for proof of discharge, they told us they've "gone digital" and lost her medical records. The doctor "doesn't remember". Will they erase your medical records to cover up a mistake? Maybe! I can't believe how incompetent these people are.
