I stayed there for a year and a half, and never had an electric bill under a hundred dollars but twice, come to find out  they have heaters in the ground for their water pipes, which, is very expensive, guess who paid for that? 
You're assigned to a meter at the lot you are staying, and they don't tell you that you are paying for their heaters in the ground even though the rental agreement does not stipulate that you have to pay for their heaters.
The place is a dump, and the owners could care less about their property.
My problem started when I tried to talk to the green haired freak at the front desk about the electric bill; you can't talk to an idiot that has no people skills or an education other than a third-grade.
The owner is a control freak as well that has no couth about her at all. Do yourself a favor and stay away from that dark, gloomy place. Stuart Bondurant.

I've deleted my previous post, as things have changed with High Desert Storage and RV. I was contacted promptly by the owner of the business and she explained the things that were out of her control regarding Uhaul rental in the area. She and I both apologized where needed, and I appreciate her willingness to get in contact with me to make things right! I am thankful to see that after an bad experience, that she was willing to get both sides of the story and have a conversation. In the future, be aware the Uhaul is difficult to work with in this area.

Called while traveling their way on a Saturday for an RV space. WAS TOLD THEY CLOSE AT NOON. This is not a typical RV Park.

I have stayed with high desert for 4 1/2 i think its one of the quietest rv parks i have stayed at. My daughter and i have had great times with the neighbors bbq over the summers and small parties. If anyone is looking for a place to stay long term this is the place. its not a dump.  Sounds like trouble makers. The owners live on the property never had a problem contacting them. Thanks

This place is a dump! The owners are crooks. I also didn't get my deposit back for no reason. They never answer the phone or return calls.
