Many thanks to Cassie Ressler for her excellent help locating places for our family reunion.  Cassie made finding the best, most appropriate, location a priority, and was also careful to note our budget considerations, too. She understands families and why they are important--which makes her a great assistant in planning a big event.

We have always had very good experiences with High Plains Travel.  The agents were quite helpful and always trying to get the best price for us.  
I have recommended to many.

The agent quoted us a price for a flight in writing, then ended up charging our card for quite a few dollars more. When we complained, the agent said that they had emailed us the difference for our approval. We did not receive the email, nor could they produce any evidence of it. They did not refund the difference but continued to say that it was not their mistake. We won't use Travel Leaders again.
