I would of highly recommended this company at first, as James Hardin seemed very professional and knowledgeable. But after installing our hot water tank with an extension, and he got paid, he never came back to check the pressure reducing value that he said needed to be checked so that it wouldn't nullify the work he had done. It's been almost two months, and he has still not returned calls, texts or voicemail. He did not even respond to Home Advisor who apparently tried to reach out to him. What would have been a great rating has now become a recommendation not to use this company, as he seems not to follow through, at least in our case.

I purchased a new home for rental property purposes and the water in the home was not getting warm. I called High Point plumbing services provided me a quote of 1545 to replace the hot water heater. I felt that the job is very Tedious but that was way over priced he said that my water heater was over 20 years old. So I declined the estimate and decided to go look at other companies. I currently have hot water by changing a heating element myself. I did not need a new tank my tank says it was manufactured in 2015 so what was he point in this pointless estimate it was a waste of time and he tried to get over on me because I am a female. I’ll never hire this company.
