This is a great place to go. Fast, same-day service for auto lock repairs. Fair prices, and deals when buying multiple items. I really like the owner and staff, they are respectful and good at what they do.

I called around to 15-20 different locksmiths in the area and nobody could or wanted to make me a key for my motorcycle. I was finally referred to Marco at High Security Lock & Safe. He went above and beyond to work on making me a key and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an emergency key or for any services in general. He got the job done quicker than i expected and used excellent customer service. I would definitely without a doubt come back if I needed other services. To Marco and his team I appreciate you taking your time and effort to help me with my situation! Greatly appreciated and more than satisfied. Thanks again!

I had an issue with replacing a Schlage lock I bought at a big box store for an outside gate and stopped in to ask about what the problem could be, as well as inquire about costs for a service call.   I spent about 45 minutes speaking with the owner, Marco Garza.   I can't say enough good things about my experience in his store.  I truly appreciated the time he took to give me feedback on my issue with the lock, as well as share his knowledge and suggestions on security and safety  matters that I inquired about in my home.

Marcos went  above and beyond to try and fix my car door and program my remote. The team is courteous, efficient and caring. Great place!

The keys to my front door would not insert into the deadbolt.  I used the Contact a Locksmith feature on HSLS' website, thinking I would be scheduling a service call.

Instead, I very quickly received an email from Mario, asking if I had tried lubricating the lock.  After viewing a YouTube video and purchasing some graphic lubricant at Home Depot for $5, the job was finished.

I really appreciate you allowing me to save the price of a service call.  That's what I call excellent customer service!
