I’ve been switched around to quite a few schools and I can honestly say that highland is probably one of the best public schools you could find. There’s such a wide variety of people here and everyone knows each other. This is the first school I’ve ever had spirit for. Every school has its issues, I would say one of the biggest issues highland has is a few of the teachers. Some of the language teachers (English and other) are absolutely awful. I personally would recommend taking Spanish and Mrs. Nowell. The AP program is great and I love my AP teachers so much. The honors and IB program could use some work. Over all I feel very comfortable and happy at this school.

don't shoot up heroin in the bathroom you might get arrested by the school cop, who is also an ass. I didn't go here but that is just a pointer. also there was a gay kid i met he was nice, he was gay, but nice. i also wish there was more pepper variety, i cant say that i was displeased by the peppers i wasn't, but i was a little disappointed. There was a cool guy with an Armenian accent who offered me drugs, i said no i think he was just trying to give me an orange or a piece of fruit but you  cant trust anyone these days. school is alright, the bus smells like cheese and everybody is loud, also your ass sweats if you wear shorts and you don't move for long enough, otherwise its okay. thanks for listening bye.

As a student of SPA and Highland I really love it there! My teachers are so helpful and kind I really feel welcome in all my classes not to mention the fact that Highlands classes are for the most part easy to pass and yet are still very helpful, challenging in ways and knowledgeable for everyone.

They are a lot of attractive teachers here. If I am 18 it doesn't count as illegal!
