I want to say thank you to all the staff at Highland Oaks they were kind caring and attentive to my needs. Matt did a great job cleaning my teeth and making sure my needs were taken care of. They are very patient and always making sure I was comfortable. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

This office is fantastic I would highly recommend! I went in for a cleaning and Matt and the staff were fantastic they explained everything in a way I understood and when I was done and saw the dentist he was very friendly and caring always made sure I was comfortable. They really treat you special they made my experience very memorable and the pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely be returning.

We recently moved and were looking for a new dentist close by, I have literally never written a review on anything, but I saw that Highland Oaks was rated 4.5 and I too didn't read the reviews, but am hoping someone will read this review and save themselves the trouble. I also was charged the incorrect amount we agreed upon, like the other reviews. First, they charged my credit card over the amount I agreed to pay for the first payment, then they provided me with a bill for the remaining balance for when I come back to complete my dental work in the following two weeks. I had to get them to fix my CC charge, then when I went to my insurance company to see what was covered I realized the charges were way higher than they should have been. Second, while I was there getting my teeth cleaned I felt like they were selling me on something different the whole time.. I felt like the dental assistant was purposefully making my gums bleed so they could recommend this mouth wash, which is so funny bc when my husband went in they did the same thing to him. We go every 6 months to the dentist and neither of us have ever had this issue with our old dentist. I am having my records transferred and getting a second opinion on the work they recommended which is exhausting and so much trouble. So save yourself, and ask a friend for a referral before trusting a dentist office based off their star rating.

I wish I would read have reviews before using this dentistry. Like other reviewers, they were dishonest in regard to billing. We moved here from out of state and needed a dentist nearby, and they are close to me. My family and I went in for cleanings. While there, they said I needed a rounding off of one of my teeth, and my wife needed a tooth pulled. I inquired about mouth guards and they said they would check with my insurance. Once they did, they said it would be around $500 for the cleanings, X-rays, the pulled tooth, the rounding off of a tooth, and 2 mouth guards. Great, we got fitted for mouth guards and went through with the procedures. 2 months later, i get a letter telling me I still owed them another $500. Delta Dental showed me a fax they sent the office telling them we were not eligible for the mouth guards. I will not be returning to this office and I definitely don't recommend.

Update: If you're used to having one dentist, don't come here. Their turnover rate is high and in the past few years, I've never seen the same dentist twice. Their office staff, hygienist and assists were great. However, the dentist seemed inconvenienced by how long my appointment was, huffing and puffing. He did answer my questions and checked to see if I was ok periodically. I went in for four fillings and two crowns on my left side. There was only a five minute break between the top and bottom work, the rest of the four hours, my mouth was wide open with them allowing no breaks. I have a small mouth and they were extremely rough on it. Safe to say, I'm sore! After the numbness from my four shots went away, I ran my tongue over my fillings and temporary crowns. The crowns feel like razor blades in my mouth and I feel like they were just rushing to get me out of there. The fillings are gritty... Aren't they supposed to feel like natural teeth? The dentist left the building before I did and I was only checking out for three minutes. Evidently, he couldn't get out of there quick enough. Fast forward, I go home and am in pain... not just "ouch that hurts a little" more like "I can't stand the pain, WITH Tylenol and an ice pack on my face." Then I went and looked at my crowns in the mirror, there was cement residue all over my surrounding teeth from the crowns. I was able to pick it off with my fingernail... why couldn't the dentist have done that with his tools? Oh! because he just wanted to leave. After my payments are complete and my permanent crowns are on, I'll be switching dentists... IMMEDIATELY. Previous Review: I haven't been to the dentist in a few years, with reason, I didn't like visiting. I just recently became a patient at the upscale dental practice. I am glad to say that I am a returning patient here now (getting my wisdom teeth removed today). The staff here is great and they never made me feel guilty for not having been to the dentist in a few years. The patient coordinator, Linda, is great as well. Always touching base with you to make sure everything is going alright. I will never be afraid to visit the dentist again (with the exception of the removals today) :) -SSCHIEL
