Great Customer Service the manager has rectified all my issues and provided great customer care. Mary is awesome! I appreciate the help and after hours care.

I needed to use this facility for 2 weeks. I was fully expecting to pay for an entire month. Mary informed me that they offer weekly pro-rated charging. I was floored, to say the least. I've never recommended a storage facility to anyone in my life, but I definitely will now. From the convenience to the security to saving me money....This place really can't be beat. Thank you, Mary, for making a stressful situation into a peaceful one.

I had to rent a unit when I moved out of my house and didn't realize just how much stuff I had.  We filled up the unit and asked the assistant up front if we could get another and she quickly got us a clean unit only a few feet away.  I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

Convenient location between Baton Rouge and Prairieville while we are moving.   They were very nice and talked me in to renting a smaller unit based on what I needed it for.   Good experience so far.

Good people to deal with when I was moving from Baton Rouge to Prairieville.    Worked with me and I only paid for what I needed.
