It's clean, but if I need to wash a load of laundry in warm or hot water, and the machine has hot and warm settings, and I select one of them, I expect to get hot or warm water. This laundromat has turned hot water down to a trickle. My load started with barely no water at all. If I hadn't been nearby and lifted the lid to see why I heard no water, my laundry wouldn't have been cleaned. I asked the woman on duty, but rather than answer my question, she was rude. So I had to select the cold wash cycle. Not all laundry can be cleaned in cold water, if the owners are so cheap they are denying customers hot and warm wash cycles they need to post that information, to allow customers to be forewarned so they can go elsewhere, which is what I will be doing.

The woman currently working there is racist!! Was accused of trying to steal someone elses clothes out of a washer. Why would anyone steal someonelses clothes? If they don`t fit me i don`t want them!! I can`t disclose why I said she is racist but trust me. I have been going there for over 16 yrs. and will not do busy with them again as long as she is there. Always gives me dirty looks when I`m in there and have not been back there since.

I agree with the owner. I live in the center and use this place all the time. Fairly clean, well working facilities and friendly staff. Don't really know what the person below is complaining about

There are shady characters there day or night and the staff in rude as they get. I will not use them. I went in a few times and the last time the woman working there stared me down as I walked in, I placed some blankets on a table near some washers as the big washer I wanted to use was in use. She yelled at me that I could not use the small washers and she wasn't going to let me break her washers. I said I wasn't going to use that washer I was waiting for the big one. She informed me she was going to be using it all day and I should leave them for her to do them for me. I just went down the street.
