This place deserves zero stars. I went there because a reputable cleaners and laundry business recommended it. I had a comforter I needed washed and would not fit in their washer (or mine). I forgot soap and didn't see a vending machine that sold soap so I went to the small office and nobody was in there. I looked around, couldn't tell who was the attendant until another customer pointed out an elderly lady. I walked up to her and asked if they sold soap. She didnt answer me, she slapped the vending machine that sold candy but had one slot for soap and another for dryer sheets. I sort of laughed and said I overlooked the soap. I put in my quarter and it automatically just went to the dispenser. So I try it a few more time and same thing - wouldn't take the money. I walk up to the elderly woman and she's talking to another lady and say "excuse me but the machine is not taking my money. It's not working". The elderly woman turns halfway around and nastily says with her face scrunched up "WHICH ONE"! I'm surprised and take a step back and say "excuse me?" And again "WHICH ONE"! Even though she knew "which one" because I just asked her not even 10 seconds before. I am just disgusted and very appalled that a person thinks it's ok to talk or treat someone (let alone a customer) they way this elderly woman does. I ended up walking out. Good thing I did because on my way out, I saw cockroaches crawling around on the floor. I went back to the cleaners who recommended this place and told them how terrible the customer service was...they will no longer recommend this place.

This place has undergone a ownership change. I avoided this place like the plague for 3 years. Needed to wash a small load quick so I came in. The carpets are not very pretty now but they are old and definitely cleaner than they were. The new owners have brightened it up and added a little artwork. The AC works. They've gotten some new machines. The ladies that work here are always nice.  No complaints  really.

I tend to use this place to save a bit of money, but today a more expensive machine ate $1.50 of my change. I told the attendant, who informed me that I was lying, and after proving that it was still eating quarters, she just opened it, closed it, hit it a few times, and fed it another quarter, and it started. She didn't apologize or offer my money back. She just went back to socializing with another customer. I would have left if I didn't already have 7 other loads going by this point. Next time, I'll visit the laundromat near my home that has WiFi and a/c, even though it usually costs 2 dollars more.

Clean, cool, supplied, can drop off your clothes, no broke down machines, handicapped accessable, lots of rolling baskets, friendly help, friendly happy customers, and most of all reasonable prices for machines. Yes I'm going back.
