Dr. Taylor and his staff take the absolute best care of my dog. Every time we are there for an appointment he gets all the attention he deserves! I will be coming back to HEVH for many years to come! Thank you so much for caring of and loving my Tucker Bear! We love y'all!

Highlands ElDorado Veternirany Hospital is the best! Wonderful doctors and a great staff. We have complete confidence in them caring for our dogs. Dr. Taylor correctly diagnosed one of our dachshunds with Cushings disease several years ago and the medication he prescribed has kept her in good health and living a normal life. We appreciate everything about this Veterinarian office.

The doctors and staff are great here! My dog gets so excited when we turn on to Highlands Drive and cannot seem to get inside fast enough! Always warm and welcoming!

WONDERFUL!!! The staff and vets at Highlands Eldorado are so compassionate and caring. They take great care of our dogs and have a wonderful "bedside manner." They go above and beyond to help me take care of my babies.

Our dog fell ill over the new years Holiday so we took him to Highlands-Eldorado Vet Hospital, they diagnosed the problem as an infection in his stomach. The cost of the appointment was over $400.00 which we thought was very high but we would pay anything to insure our pets health as most pet owners would. When we went to pay with our check they told my wife they do not accept checks because they never clear the bank, (I guess that don't think much about the people who live in the McKinney area). We did not have enough available credit on our cards because of the Christmas Season and I could not move money into the account because the banks where closed. What Highlands did next was what we couldn't believe, they held my wife and daughter in a room and would not let them leave, they interrogated my wife in front of my 7 year old daughter to the point she was in tears and my daughter was in tears and frightened. They asked my wife if she had any friends she could borrow the money from to pay the bill while my daughter stayed there. My wife called me in tears and said I needed to get up there because she was literally afraid that they were going to call the police and have her arrested. I rushed up to the clinic to find my wife and daughter in tears, I made arrangements to pay the bill when the banks were open and payed the total amount due when I said I would pay it. We will never take our pets to Highlands again and plan to tell all of our friends about our experience. Highlands seem to care more about there $$$$$ than your pet!
