Ronnie and his crew recoated my pool and they did a horrible job and never EVER tried to make things right. Not only did they leave areas outside the pool full of coating material but you can see many MANY areas on the bottom of the pool where the coating wasn't done right. They did bare minimum, such as recoated bottom but didn't recoat bottom of edge as promised, of which was supposedly included in price, as well as incorrectly coated two detachable jet heads to the pool, costing me additonal money to get them off by another company. This company did the work almost 3 years ago and I am STILL having issues. I am leaving this feedback, and will continue to do so, regardless of time passed as it seems my previous feedback is no longer on here. This was a serious waste of money. I filed two complaints with the better business bureau, and based on recent "coating" issues, I have spoken to legal counsel. Side note, I tried to get Ronnie to come out for almost a year with no luck....while going thru Chemo. Other reviews nailed it...He does NOT stand behind his work. Once they/he got my money, customer service was over. His card says the goal is "creating your backyard paradise" ...This is not true...its more like creating headaches and heart aches for years to come. I HIGHLY suggest you see pictures and get at least 5 customer testimonials of any work done before even thinking about using this company.
