Good bank, great service, and azaming staff. Highly recommend  this Boone branch if looking for a new bank.

Calling your local bank takes too long.  Should not have to go through a main number.  Also, website needs much improvement, is not user friendly as you have to login if you go to certain screens.  Upgrade would be very helpful.
