This is the first time Physical therapy has worked out really well for me! I have included a picture before and after getting therapy here for my back and posture. There is no weight difference in these photos. I was so shocked posture can make you look so different!

The scheduling is super flexible and I didn't not have any long wait time to start treatment here. If you have to go at different times and days of the week you might end up seeing different therapists but I liked everyone I encountered here. Once I started going at the same time and day of the week I was working with Ashley. She even helped me and looked over a workout routine I put together for a full body workout and gave me her thoughts on that. I feel like I have really recovered and feel confident on how to maintain my posture on my own. Big thank you to everyone here! If I need PT ever again I am only coming here.

Highline Physical Therapy (Federal Way, WA)

I been going to this place for a while now for PT and MT. Currently getting Massage Therapy treatments for my sciatica pain. I've been seen here by Bridgette Burdyshaw, LMP. Let me tell you about Bridgette, she is very nice, kind, attention to detail, professional LMP. She been giving me good massages, I do get instant relief from my sciatica pain after the massage. But I have to come to this place twice a week now, to get my muscles moving, I do get tight muscles way too often, and Bridgette are helping me to release the piriformis muscle in the buttocks irritates the sciatic nerve. I definitely recommend this place to anyone, if you suffer from a car accident like me, or work injury, please take my advice and please go see Bridgette. She will take care of you. You won't be disappointed. Thank you so much Bridgette for your great Massages and for helping me with my sciatica pain, I appreciate all the hard work that you do for me. I will recommend you to my family and friends. You are awesome. Keep up a great work. God Bless you!

Highline Physical Therapy has been great for my 80 year old mother, she was weak and unstable but is improving every week and is more confident in her mobility. Thanks HPT!
