This company and thier web site is terrible! I have been trying to pay my first premium to make sure my special enrolment health insurance starts February 1 to prevent a gap in my health insurance coverage, I only had about 9 days to try and get everything approved, and they take days to review documents, so by the time I was approved I only had about 3 days left to complete everything. I made a payment a few days ago but the money was never taken from my account, I thought it may just need a few days to clear, but it still hasn't gone through and Feb 1 is tomorrow! I read in multiple places the first payment must be made by January 31 to be covered for February. If I am not covered for February because of thier terrible customer service and web site I will be furious. I have doctor's appointments I need to go to and this is unacceptable. Oh and ps they have sales people you can call 24/7 but not customer service, seems like they are more worried about making money than providing care.

If I could give Negative Stars, I would! All I can say is they Lie, Lie, Lie, and Customer Services literally makes everything up as they go along. Basically your on your own!!!! You need to take 1/2 days from work just to be "YOUR INSURANCE CO", submitting your own claims, requesting authorizations, because they aren't doing it!!! I know they have money so where my paycheck for doing the work HIghMark???

My wife and I have been insured with a supplement plan for 5+ years. Absolutely no problems to date. We highly recommend this company for seniors. A little expensive but hasstle free. Entertaining improvements for Highmark BCBS, I would suggest earlier notice of premium increases prior to billing.

Worst Customer Service this people have. They will transfer the call to different departments to answer the question and for verification purposes each department will ask same kind of question again and again, for simple question it will take 45 minutes to finish the call. and VERY POOOOR CALL QUALITY.

They used to cover my treatments 100%. I pay for the top of the line PPO health Insurance. But ever since Trump, they stopped covering what I needed to maintain a normal healthy quality of life. My Doctor said it was a medical necessity, but High-mark Blue cross Blue shields doctors don't want to pay for it. You pay a ton of money for the best level of insurance that doesn't even cover basic things anymore. No point in even speaking to them. They just talk in circles and its not even logical. They said you have the right to appeal a bill. Well I want to appeal something before gamble with my bank account after the fact. Especially when you know they will just deny it no matter what your doctor tells them. Federal government must step back in and hard. This is just wrong to do people like this. Its all about the money with them, not your health. #BringBackObama #moneyhungerypolitics
