We received excellent service from this Highmark office today.  We had a troubling UPMC billing issue and Darlene went the extra mile to resolve it with us.  In addition, the concierge, Heather, greeted us promptly and helped make our brief wait a pleasant one.  Grateful for this local accessible office!

After numerous telephone calls to the Monroeville Office and being treated rudely, I decided to go to the office in person.  It was a 45 minute drive to the office and upon arriving the receptionist took my name and informed me that there was only one agent and that it would be awhile.  At this point I had no problem waiting so that I can speak directly to an agent concerning  my policy .There was one person in his office and another person waiting to see him.  After approximately an hour and a half the last person seen exited and it was now my turn.  During my wait another customer walked in.  The receptionist left her post and the agent came out and took those people back.  No explanations or apologies were provided so I left.  Very unprofessional office as well as employees rudeness.   I suggest that if you have any problems or questions concerning your policy call Customer Service at the number located on the back of your insurance card. Will never return to this office.
