I have been a member for 13 months now and this place has changed my life. 

I am 53 years old and have been physically active all my life but after I turned 50 I started to slow down and let my physical "pains" and mental sluggishness stop me from doing things that I used to love to do. 

I have been going 3-4 days a week now for over a year and I feel like I'm 10 years younger. I have lost 25 lbs and am both stronger and more flexible.  With the addition of Yoga 1-2 times per week it's the total package. 

The staff here is highly motivational and the ownership is inspirational.  I love my Hiit family and recommend this place to all that want to change their physical and mental outlook on life.

Incredibly rude ownership and staff relations are poor to say the least.

I had received a gift certificate in the mail for a month membership for $35.  After asking if I'd lose a few days due to February being a short month, I inquired if I'd get the full 31 if I started in March.  This is my response from the owner. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
