Spoke with Freddy on my 2017 Street Glide, Went with a set of 14" Complete Hell Bent 1 1/2" kit.  He was Very Knowledgeable and Professional with my questions and getting me taking care of..Over 14 Club Members that all have Hill Country Custom Handlebars and Won't buy any where else for our Harley's.

  Highly Recommend!!!!!

Absolutely great people to do business with. 
The staff was friendly, courteous, professional,and helpful in every way. 
With the excellent video to go by , my installation went perfectly. 
I love my new 14" bars on my 2015 ultra limited.  The quality is excellent the bars look great.

This is my first review ever when purchasing a product. The plug and play 12" bars I got were everything as advertised easy to install especially with the videos they provide.I highly recommend hill country when purchasing custom bars.All my riding buddies were also impressed.

Worst customer experience ever. Ordered a set of complete 18" narrow apes and when the box came in I didn't open it to check the part just had them put on. Went to pick up my bike and they were 16" narrow apes. So I called the company and talked to Freddie who didn't apologize for the inconvenience the entire conversation, instead he said "well that's never happened before" like I was lying to him. So I had to get the bars removed, send them back, pay storage for over 2 weeks because it took a week for them to receive the returned bars and have them inspected because apparently Freddie is the only person who knows how to read a tape measure, not to mention I had to call them the day they received the 16" apes and ask them when they'll be shipping my 18"s out and they didn't even open the box yet. I had to wait for them to inspect the 16s before they would even send me the 18s. I asked for overnight shipping I asked for a little compensation due to this massive inconvience after spending over $700, not getting what I ordered, being called a liar AND having to call and stay on top of their "inspection" of my old bars. I got none of that. Freddie told me they don't do expedited shopping unless I was going to pay for it. I will never refer this company or order from them again.

I ordered the basic 14 inch ape kit for my 2011 Fatboy, Got the handlebars exactly when they said I would.  Installed them myself, took me about 12 hours mainly because I double, triple and quadruple check everything! With the exception of a few surprises, none the fault of Hill Country,  everything went pretty smooth considering that I have never done anything like this before ( I found myself thinking about every nut and bolt that I wrenched on as I was riding the bike the first couple of times after installing the handlebars) I am 100% satisfied and will recommend Hill Country Custom Cycles to anyone in the market for their products.
