I won't be going back. I spent a few thousand dollars here over the course of four years and finally just got fed up and left. The straw that broke the camel's back was a recent toothache I got just before a trip to Michigan for a funeral. I called in at 8 am Friday morning and actually got someone in the office (they are off Fridays). I told her I was in extreme pain and had to get on a plane at 2 in the afternoon. I told her to please contact the dentist and get me a prescription for a pain killer and antibiotics. I got a call back at around 1:00 after parking my car at the airport. The antibiotics had been called in to the local Walgreen's, but they refused to prescribe any pain pills. I called my wife and had her transfer the antibiotics to a Walgreen's near my hotel in Detroit, and spent  the next three days on the road in pretty much continuous agony. Also, when I picked up the antibiotics, they were amoxycillin which the dentist knew I was allergic to from a previous experience. I called them on Saturday and asked for them to please get me a replacement for the antibiotics, but I didn't hear back from them until after 9 on Monday morning. In the meantime, I found Anita Myers, DDS, an amazing dentist with other 30 years experience in Houston who recently relocated and started practicing out of the Methodist Hospital building in Boerne. She exhibits exactly the opposite attitude of the folks at Hill Country Dental. She is personal, she is sincere, and she is concerned about her patients.
