I had tore one of my last pair of contacts and my prescription had expired.  The front desk person was nice enough to find my insurance information even though I did not have my card. All the staff were very polite and the Dr was quick but thorough. They took me as a walk-in and I was out of there in less than 45 min with a new prescription for both glasses and contacts, they also gave me a nice fresh pair of contacts to wear.  Highly recommend this office to anyone.

I have never had the kind of service at an eye care clinic that would be described as exceptional until I visited Hill Country Eye Care in Buda. They treat you like family. I’ve never had to wait more than 5–10 minutes to be seen. The doctors are knowledgeable and thorough. The receptionist (I believe her name was Roberta) was very professional but very sweet and gives a very positive first impression for new patients. If it were possible, I would give them more than 5 stars

have been going here for about 3 years, just called, the lady was not helpful at all, and could not get me in for 2 weeks, did not offer any other alternative, then did not even thank me for calling or trying. I will go elsewhere. Be careful! 4/6/18

brought my daughter to this vision center bc it was close to where we live. was seen immediately. great prices as well.

Went above and beyond to work me in even though i didn't have an appointment. i thought i would have to pay a ton but they found insurance i didn't even know i had! they seem to really care about their patients. the doc was awesome too!
