When I went to this man for the first time, the first thing he did, before he greeted me, looked at me, acknowledged me as a person, was start going on about how he didn't have an order for my visit (i.e., I need this to get paid).  Then when I told him I did not have the order with me (didn't know I was supposed to bring anything, they sure didn't mention that when I scheduled the appointment or during the reminder phone call), he chastised me for not bringing it.  So, if you want to go see someone who in my opinion pretty clearly demonstrated his number one concern is the money and not you, this is the place to go.
