Founded in 1972 by Richard M. Longo, P.E., AIA, Hillcrest Associates, Inc. is a multidisciplinary design and consulting firm located in Landenberg, Pennsylvania. Comprehensive design services include architecture, civil engineering, land planning, land investment consultation, and surveying. Hillcrest Associates is committed to providing superior customer service, with accurate design plans. Moreover, our goal is to practice quality and professional work that is creative, marketable, and cost effective. Hillcrest strives to serve as a strategic partner in support of our clients' mission, and to be a solution oriented team member in the collaborative design process.
