What We Believe:

The Bible is God’s inerrant word to us, given from God to human authors. It is absolutely true and trustworthy.

There is one true and living God. He is the Creator of the universe and has eternally existed as three persons who are co-equal.

Jesus Christ is God’s Son. He lived a sinless life and offered himself as the perfect sacrifice for our sins. He was hung on a cross, died, was buried, and rose again three days later to demonstrate His power over sin and death.

The Holy Spirit is the co-equal with God the Father and God the Son. He lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation and is giver of spiritual gifts to each believer.

We are made in God’s image, to be like Him as the supreme object of His creation. Although every person has the potential for good, all of us are marred by sin that separates us from God.

Salvation is God’s free gift, but we must accept it. Only by trusting Christ’s offer of forgiveness can we be saved from our sins.

Eternal life begins the moment we receive Jesus Christ in our lives by faith. Salvation is maintained by the grace and sustaining power of God, not the self-effort of the Christian. A true believer cannot lose his salvation.

We are created to live forever. We will either live eternally separated from God by sin, or with God through His forgiveness and salvation. A person’s eternal destiny is based on what they have done with Jesus Christ while living on earth.
