My Mom is here...And this place is the worst. Ant hills all over my Mom's garden making it difficult to visit. I did mention this to staff who said they were in the process of changing pest control companies. In a month, I've yet to see any progress. The couple next to my Mom have brown and dusty, barren ground. When sod was covered on Mom's grave, it was just about dead. The only time we've seen the sprinklers on in my Mom's garden is the day the sod was installed. The mausoleum in her garden has broken and fallen granite. A blind person could do a better job of keeping the grounds mowed. It is the worst buyer's remorse one could ever have...I don't ever write reviews, but I hope to spare another family from the addition grief one has to experience. Please reconsider your loved ones final resting place before choosing this 'park.' I've complained to corporate and have yet to hear anything. I live near a Dignity Memorial, passing it every day and it is NOT in this condition. It is lush and well-kept, offering all variations of markers. Hillcrest will only allow flat, bronze markers. If this limitation helped dictate the maintenance of the garden, this could be overlooked. Edited to add: Dignity Memorial called me today. This representative was very friendly and professional. He acknowledged the shortcomings here. He assured me he was looking into my concerns. He added this park is undergoing many changes because of concerns and conditions they are aware about. Also, he advised to report any and all future concerns I may have. This attention gives me hope things will be addressed soon.

This is a horrible place to have your loved ones buried. My father, grandmother and grandfather are laied to rest here. My fathers marker has been broken by the grounds crew driving over it with the mowers. (Other markers near his are also broken) We have brought this to their attention their attention several times requesting they fix it and they don’t care. They won’t fix it. My grand parents flowers and several other memorials, placed by my mother, were broken by the grounds crew and thrown behind a fence where they keep their mowers. Supposedly this is where they put flowers that blow off graves and they don’t know where they go. My mother visits her parents graves once a week. These memorial markers were terra-cotta and very heavy. This is a HORRIBLE PLACE!! I would bury my loved ones in the backyard before I trusted Hillcrest Memorial to care for them.

My family has a plot in this cemetery! I ordered 3 markers last December. It took them 4 months to place the markers. Then, when it was finally done I emailed called and personally talked to the staff about the fact that one of the markers was wrong. I am still dealing with this in August! They have not fixed it or called me to say they are working on it! How long does it take? How many times do I have to say something about this to get it fixed!!!! Very frustrating!!!!!

This place has been a joke. We were put in the hands of "the best counselor we have" to handle my father's sudden passing. We have had to follow behind them with multiple phone calls and multiple follow ups. I went in one day and none of the workers in the office had shown up for work expect one and it was almost 11:00. If I had know how bad the office was I honestly would have chosen to lay my Daddy to rest somewhere else. They should be taking care of families not burdening them by slacking off.

My Great Grandmother, Granddad, Father, Brother and more of my relatives are laid to rest at Hillcrest so I visit quite a lot. It is a very beautiful and well kept cemetery and when my time comes will be there as well. It has a beautiful statue of Christ, a large fountain, area for those who served our country as well as an Islamic area.
