My roommate and I worked with David Kusayev to find our apartment and it was a great experience. We weren't sure exactly which area we wanted to move and he was patient and flexible with us and we ended up with the perfect place.  He was organized, kind, and honest and really made us feel comfortable and confident working with him.  We have been here a little over a month and (I think I can speak for the both of us here) we love it.  If I ever decide to move, I am definitely going straight back to David.  Thank you again!!  David, you are the real MVP!

Having moved 5 different times in New York I can confidently say Jonathan Quigley assisted in the most personalized, friendliest and pain free apartment search and signing experience. He made sure to only show apartments that fit within our preference guidelines (no showing up to apartments only to find out its a railroad with no windows but the closet and hallway can technically fit a mattress) and was very active and responsive in getting paperwork moving once we had decided on the truly  (nearly unbelievably) beautiful apartment we're currently in. He was attentive in our move all the way to the lease signing, even checking in later to make sure we're settled and enjoy the space. I almost felt bad bragging to friends what an overall positive experience we had in our apartment search. Almost. This could be you - ask for Jonathan!

I had the pleasure of working with Cherish.  She was fantastic and extremely professional with her follow-ups with me and my new building's management company.  She also showed me a lot of places within my range that I could not find myself on StreetEasy or other apps.

Nicolas Gutierrez is the BEST. Call him, text him at any time of the day and he is available. We had particular things we were looking for and he took his time showing us everything. He is VERY knowledgeable about the area and unit. Ask him anything and he has an answer for you. Always pleasant and well spoken. If you need a place, he will find it. Everyone at his office should take a look at how this Nicolas is operating and try to emulate this guy.

If you aren't getting your apartment through David Kusayev, what are you doing? I've been through it all when it comes to broker/realtors and he is by far is THE best in NYC. He was extremely patient with my roommate and I when we were trying to get all the paperwork together. He even drove me to the bank when I brought the wrong type of check, and drove my roommate and I to view another apt even when he was busy. The man deserves a raise!
