Our experience with Hiller tech Darrell Smith was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and was very friendly and courteous. Darrell was very good at his job and it showed that he cared about doing a good job . He made sure everything was done right and was working properly before he left. I can not say enough good things about the service he provided. I highly recommend him!

The technician was very nice and took time checking the unit out. He put a new board in and it worked for a while but the furnace quit again in the middle of the night. We got it working again but just waiting for it to go out again. It wasn't the technicians fault, just an old unit. I will probably call them again.

I had three tuneups done today, electrical, plumbing and heating. All the service men were courteous, knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. A couple of issues were brought to my attention with panel and we're taken care of. I was not pressured to get anything fixed but decided to have a couple issues fixed in the electrical panel. Thank you for your professional service techs. I really like the club membership. It helps me to keep on top of things better than I would otherwise. Plumbing inspection went well and heater tune-up went fine. Thanks.

Jesse was a pleasure to have in our home while preforming the electrical part of our yearly maintenance agreement with Hiller. He was very courteous. I liked that he asked before starting his check list if there were any rooms that were off limits because of a person sleeping or a dog that was unfriendly and was separated. He made several suggestions to keep us safer that we followed up on. Thank you Jesse!

First of all, let me say I dreaded having all the pipes replaced in and out of my house. Johnny and Chris made the experience much less traumatizing. They were very professional in explaining what they were going to do and when they would be working in certain areas. They were both so friendly and kind to me. I feel like I made lifelong friends even in the two short days they were here. Everything works like a charm and they cleaned up every little mess they made. Their expertise and caring manner has made me very happy 😊 that I chose Hiller Plumbing. Thanks Johnny and Chris! I appreciate your good work and your happy faces😊 ( the Company should put smiley faces of you guys on the truck instead of the yellow smiley face) 😊 Thanks for the laughs and making this repair much easier for me to deal with.It was painless.😊
