I have been coming from taking drivers permit,paying our home taxes,renewing our car titles & TODAY renewing my drivers license. First Visit-took my driver permit test,failed many times,the area where u have to take the test is HORRIBLE,how can they expect you to pass the test when it's way too NOISY from everything.Plus you have to stand while taking the test. Remedy: went to falkenburg the next day,took my test ..noisy too but atleast I can sit and just focus on my test not to my Achkng FEET.-Finally -I PASSED. At ruskin---your lucky if you get call in right away. Mostly you have to cancel all your appointment and free up your schedule because the service here is like 1960--Feels like everything is in SLOWWWWW MOTIOn.. Some of the stuff are friendly though..but like I said, " some"-the rest? GOODLUCK. Still sitting from 8:30am & now it's 10:26am--- That star I just gaved is actually for those couple staff that are friendly.

For some reason every time I come the systems are always down or malfunctioning, along with the worst possible time management staff. They sit there and chit chat with one another instead of trying to hustle and hurry up. Also the call center needs to retrain their staff, you call in advance to see if you have everything you need for when you go in to your local office but turns out you are still missing paperwork. They think we can take off days of work just to come in and spend at the DMV, I know some things can be found online but not everything. To top it off some of you look miserable, get a new job that makes you happy or that at least looks like you want to be there.

I'm not someone that goes to the DMV for much because a lot of it can be done online, but it's not a nightmare. Just do a little research on when the right time to go is and make sure you have all the paperwork you need before you get there.

Should be zero stars. Doug Beldon should be fired! Employees are friendly and deserve better stars. 32 people standing up because there are no seats available. NO TOILET PAPER OR SOAP in the restrooms...I've to cleaner restrooms in Detroit gas stations. I'm sure this place exceeds the fire marshal's capacity. The line moves so painfully slow it's not even remotely comical. I've been here now for almost 5 hours and only 8 people of been seen before me. Of course we have no choice but to be treated like cattle, and subjected to their total incompetent and ineptitude. Fire Doug Bedon or vote him out of office,

It's 2017; in no other place that I can think of do we accept such long wait times, bureaucratic nonsense, apathetic treatment (at best) and general poor performance then at the tax collectors office. Still, better than the one on Faulkenburg though.
