This is the worse place I have experienced in my life . For dealers, they have you wait two hours to see how many mistakes you have made. If its not that bad you can get another ticket and wait two more hours because you didn't check a box... Just unreal. Then you go to website. Don Blevins is for the people.. lmao. Try getting him on the phone!! Joke!! Him and his tax collectors!!!!

I work for a dealership and we have been going back and forth with the orion7 and Mr. Pelham for months who is no help. Every month or so we get a rejection and have to do something different in order to get our paperwork processed. We attended the training with Wanda Whitney and what is teach is different from what orion7 is requesting and neither no is communicating with the other. The problem is he is telling us one thing but when we walk it into the DMV they process it with no problems. Nobody is on the same page and when you ask for a supervisor they claim they can not see what is going on with the orion7. This is so frustrating and it's making our jobs that much harder having to deal with orion7. We just want to know what is required and not have it changed every few weeks or month. We are looking into a new system because orion7 is garbage and they need to can that program and start over.

The worst place I have ever been that services motor vehicles. If you black then DO NOT GO HERE, they are very judgmental and not willing to service you like the others. The black people that work there helped me out tremendously, wish I knew the white lady name, she is at desk 2 and knows nothing. I am still wondering how she got the job. Her supervisors were very rude and not willing to work with me when I was calm! Then I turned up on them and even the white police officer was on my side cause he knew I was right but not trying to get involved! THE WORST PLACE EVER! I wouldn't even rate it if I could, that's how bad it is.

This place doesn't understand what an appointment is. I had an appointment at 10. Showed up at 9:30. Didn't get my driving test until 12:20. Guy was a complete jerk. Don't ask for clarification during your test apparently. They won't bother to clarify what they mean. Also, after the test I had to wait another two hours here. Eat before you head in even if you have an appointment
