Very friendly, welcoming and caring. Excellent credentials, seriously when my Uncle (also a veterinarian) visited he was thoroughly impressed as they have more than just the generalized degree in veterinary medicine. My family has been taking our pets there since 1993 and they have been absolutely wonderful.

We simply LOVE Dr. Porter. We moved to this area over 10 years ago and the level of care and genuine interest in our and our dogs' well-being is beyond anything that we've experienced in the past. The entire staff is willing to work with you, be flexible with your needs, and they ask good questions on the phone before jumping to "you have to bring your pet in for an examination" (which is what we experienced repeatedly with our former vet). From Sarah (front desk) to the assistants, to our experiences with Dr. Porter and the associate Hillsborough vets...I would highly recommend considering Hillsborough County Veterinary Hospital for your pets' needs.
