Nice hotel. I was expecting it to be horrible after reading reviews but it's not bad at all. It's fairly quiet. Other reviews stating that its like an apartment place where people live is true, but I don't see what's wrong with that. Carpets are dirty, kinda sticky, doesn't feel good to walk on without shoes. But the room is comfy. Stayed here for 3 nights. Only thing that bothered me was that housekeeping came into the room while we were gone. There's nothing to put up for "do not disturb", but nothing is missing so all is well! I would stay here again! Thank you Hillsdale Inn for accommodating us.

Warning! Sleep on a park bench before you sleep at this place! If I could give them a 0 I would. Bathroom had been used and not flushed or cleaned.  Not sure about sheets - whether they had been changed.  Couldn't sleep because neighbor had tv going all night - walls very thin.  Used this for a "close to work" location but will never use it again - and you shouldn't either!!!! Im not a complainer, but this one needed to be outed!  (Husband used this motel - I will never use it!)

Hard as the girls try to manage it and keep the peace, the owners are quite intolerable to just about...everything! The waiting list for residential is A JOKE--when you can pay your way to the top. Being so central to shopping, parks, and the freeways is the ONLY positive.
For as MUCH MONEY AS THE LOCAL UNION WORKERS PAY TO LIVE THERE, you'd think the owners would want to keep the ONES WHO PAY ON TIME!

If I couldn't I would give it a Negative -100... This place gives is the real meaning of "Crack Hotel".. The pictures are A LIE!!! As we arrived we immediately called Expedia to get our money back.. WE ACTUALLY FEARED FOR OUR LIVES! And I used to live in East L.A....! They use most of the hotel to rent to people..(low income) it's looks like The Projects! The parking looks like my Parents Rancho! The rooms are Discussing!!! Please do your selfs a favor and just DON'T! WE only stayed here because it was an emergency.. Never AGAIN!!!

Staff was friendly, huge pool very clean water. No A/C just a small space heater works great. Area is super nice but the inn looks and is ghetto as hell, hillbilly rednecks, hookers, druggies yelling at night but it's a pretty cozy room and no bugs. Many good channels on the tv, has it's own bar and car rental and ample parking.
