Made reservations and paid for a room with a king size bed. Arrived to find out that they did not have such a thing and, instead, got a room with one double bed. Was informed that we needed to provide a $50 cash deposit before we could check in at the GAS STATION next door, as there is no motel staff. The gas station doesn't have an ATM so we had to go elsewhere to get cash to be able to check in. The gas station closed at 9pm, hence the limited check in hours - 3pm until 9pm. After 9pm, motel guests were completely on their own, as there was not even a telephone in the room for emergencies. The other double bed that belonged in the room had been removed. The air conditioner was broken and could not be adjusted, not to mention being ridiculously loud. The TV got only one channel. Beside the double bed, there were two, stained folding chairs in the room. Not AT ALL impressed, but, the 24 hour cancellation policy left us with limited options in order to not lose the ridiculous amount of money we paid to stay here.

The cold water ran, but the hot didn't. Questionable curtains, with unnerving stains. I fell asleep and woke up, which is nice.
