It's okay; I've never gone anywhere else except in Emergency situations with my pets. But have had my kittens there more than 6 times over a 6 week period and they are no closer to being over their upper respiratory thing now than they were the 1st time that Dr Masters saw them for it. (He says it's a viral thing that will take around 6 more months for them to get over - I never heard of such a long time period (almost 8 mos??!!) for something so aggravating and we DON'T like it at all. (My husband is wanting me to return them back to the rescue place we got them from but I'm kind of attached to them now - snottiness aside they're absolutely PERFECT for our famiky!) But we HATE green, runny cat-snot all over our house and furniture and it seems there could be SOMETHING they could do to get them over it BEFORE 6 months 😯...

I absolutely love this place they rescued and saved my boy angel from the brink of death they have been very friendly and coming to me very resourceful and helpful in many of ways I can never thank them enough

Excellent Care.  Had the misfortune of needing euthanasia for my elderly dog.   Their service is top notch and done in a very compassionate polite manor.  It is a very tough thing to do and they walk you through the steps and allow you to take the time you need.  Gracefully Done.

This place sucks I had dog die here I hate this place I drop off my bulldog an one hour later I called they said he ok back room I said he can't be alone they ok so I called back hour an they say he not doing good come up here me my dad get there they say he can't breath then they come out say he dead
