Gave them a call, the gal was very rude on the phone, dont except anyone who isnt retired. I am a hard working young man and was in need of a spot and she simply did not care, people like this are the reason why the world has the issues it does today. Figured id give a heads up to anyone wanting to stay here. The lot close to this one also has cheaper rates ust to give you guys a heads up.

We stayed in this RV park for about 6 months, nice, quiet, and very good/low price! (if you can get in-we waited for a couple months) they do prefer retirement age, but will accept younger, as we were in our mid/late 20's, as long as you are respectful and can prove it over the phone/in person. Our spot was kind of small, but got over it easily for the price and nice park!

This is a RV park for older peoples. "They don't want young people around here" just an FYI for anyone looking. Obviously we haven't stayed at this location so please consider that. Very rude on the phone, goodluck!

Stayed 3 nights for Fathers Day weekend @ the college owner helped me parked my 40' 5th wheel and spot was nice and level next to a nice gentleman in his manufacture home very quiet and close to police station for security, owner was very nice and polite will stay there again.
