The Hilton Albany was conveniently located in downtown, near some of the cities beautiful historic buildings and a stretch of nice restaurants/bars. The room was clean, but not perfect. There were some hairs and coffee rings left on the bed stand. I also was not a fan of having to pay for parking in the attached garage while staying over. Luckily I found a nice spot on the street across from the hotel. I won't mind staying over again while on business.

The prettiest hotel in downtown Albany NY.  Top notch I give plus 🔟 rating. Swimming pool and gym at lower level.  Excellent food and quality rooms to stay in. Security is top notch. With a ATOM ON THE FIRST LEVEL IN PRIVATE LOCATION.  IT IS A SAFE PLACE TO GO IN FOR USING THE ATM

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable, great beds. Towels are lacking, just 2 in the room, had to call for extra each day. AC in our room didn't seem to work very well but it wasn't uncomfortable. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was SLOW and EXPENSIVE ... To the tune of $50 for 3 people. Room rate was reasonable for the location though so that's a big plus.

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was great, got upgraded to a suite. Maid never cleaned the glasses from the bar area. Not sure why. Breakfast left something to be desired. Desk staff were wonderful, nice, and accommodating all weekend. Views are great and so is location.

Awesome food and staff was so friendly. Near to many downtown exhibits and historic locations. This hotel can handle very large groups with ease. The indoor swimming and hot tub were easy to locate and the rooms and room service excellent.
