We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Hilton Chicago Oak Brook Resort. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We ate at the Bee restaurant and the food was fantastic. We ordered room service and are Denver omelet inside of Beacon was served piping hot. We also had a fruit plate and hockey. All of these Foods were brought to our room quickly and were delivered piping-hot . I would recommend this hotel.

I was here for a private event in the conference room area. The decor was very beautiful and elegant. The conference room was huge - big enough for at least 50 tables, a dance floor, stage for a live band, etc. Bathrooms were very clean. The hotel bar was open until 2am, I believe, and they were very nice about last call.

Undergoing construction on upper floors while I was here. A bit of daytime noise (buzzing/grinding), but it was over by 5. Workout facility is nice and has a lot of options. Large indoor pool area is very nice. Restaurant is great.

I highly recommend the Hilton Chicago Oak Brook Resort. From the very beginning Corrine at the front desk was courteous and very helpful. James the Bellman was very friendly and helped us navigate this about to be renovated but still very nice Resort Hotel. We ate dinner at the B restaurant and our server Sean was very friendly courteous and accommodating. We had the Chef made bone broth beef soup, the butternut squash soup and both were absolutely fantastic. We had the braised pork as an entree thanks to James's recommendation and it was fall off the bone tender and flavorful. We ordered today from their room service and our Denver omelet and fresh fruit platter came in less than 25 minutes and it was piping hot and wonderful! I would recommend staying here for a winter weekend getaway as it is close to the Oakbrook Shopping Plaza.

The place was picked after doing a lot of researching for my son's wedding reception. We signed the agreement on April 17, 2017. The wedding was to take place on January 4th, 2018 but do to uncontrollable circumstances the wedding was called off. I emailed the coordinator in charge of handling the venue for us,Brad Rice, and asked to meet in person. We met and he told me he'll see what he can do.He mentioned a possibility of using the money we already paid as a deposit in the amount of $9600 for another function or refund the whole or half of the money was a possibility. He later came back and said they only can stop the rest of the withdrawals, but the money that was already taken cannot be refunded. I spoke to my attorney and she got in contact with them. They told her they would honor the money toward another function to take place by the end of May 2018. We had no use for that as there would not be another event we can have and the money spent was hard earned money. If they gave us a longer period of time I would understand but 5 months in nowhere near enough time to get anything done .Not only has this cost us a large amount of money, but more importantly made it more difficult to deal with the sudden cancellation of my son's wedding. I urge anyone doing business with this hotel to read between the lines you might think your covered but the wording is tricky . The contract you are forced to sign locks you into a situation where you have no control over any unforeseeable circumstances. Very disappointed that I wasted time,money,and effort dealing with this hotel. I suggest you save yourselves the headache and learn from my mistake and GO SOME PLACE ELSE.
