Came home from a five day trip to a dead car. After getting it towed, I went inside for a drink and some food, while waiting for my hand to be able to come get me. Caitlyn at the front desk and Maria at the bar were wonderful. They even comped my dinner.

Very convenient location to the Albany airport, especially when your flight is canceled and you have a 6:20am flight out the next morning. Very attentive and courteous staff. The hotel is showing its age, but is still well kept. Will use again if I have an early morning flight

Friendly service and good for an early morning or after a late night arrival.  Good connection to the I87 and to shops and restaurants on Wolf road.  Breakfast options are ok.  Rooms are clean and on the spacious side.

Clean hotel, attentive staff that is just undergoing renovations. The new rooms are fantastic. It's close to a bunch of stuff to eat and the airport. I would highly recommend.

The staff here is fantastic! So friendly and the service is excellent. Comfortable rooms, lovely view of the trees and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Would happily stay here again.
